Glass Block 12 - Brianna. Oil on Canvas. 18" X 24". Since I had a full day to paint I did this piece a la prima yesterday. It is of my 16 year old daughter Brianna. SHe now has her driver's license, a car, two part time jobs for the summer... and is getting all grown up right in front of me. I wanted to do this since New Years Eve as I could see her changing into a young woman and wanted to capture her youthful essence. I hope that you enjoyed your Independence Day too.
